School days are here again!
Well it's finally here, the start to the new school season, and we have TWO this year. Nicholas is officially a 1st grader and Madi is a kindergartner. I had my alarm set this morning for 6:30 am and when I got up and opened the door, there they were, already up and alreday dressed. Nico is a human alarm clock during the school year. He seems to know what time to wake up with out fail. Thank goodness for that, because I imagine he would have been late just about every day last year if he were to rely on us. They had all their supplies in order, ate a pancake breakfast and were off. So here are the pictures of the first day. Madi said, "mom, I'm not scared" and on the bus she went. Can't wait to see how the day went.

Spiritual Thought for the day:
"Stand fast, ye Saints of God, hold on a little while longer, and the storm of life will be past, and you will be rewarded by that God whose servants you are."
"I know in whom I trust; I stand upon the rock; the floods cannot, no, they shall not, overthrow me."
Joseph Smith
